Reporting to a Deputy Director, Rick will function as an Integration Contractor for the US Gov't/Homeland security. He's responsible for the Gov't Emergency Telecommunications Service, and will interface with all national LEC's (Local Exchange Companies) and IXC's (Interexchange Carriers) to ensure that deployment, implementation, management and operations of all GETS services and features are available for use in case of national disaster or emergency. This is a $300 million dollar program, and Rick is directly responsible for the wireline portion, which constitutes roughly 80% of the total value.
